It's Official — We Have a Blog Now
We've been sharing development updates exclusively on Discord for a while, but it's time to bring those updates to the website too. This means you'll be able to follow House of Shinobi's development right here, whether you're a long-time supporter or just discovering the game.
What to Expect
We'll be posting about:
- Development progress — new features, mechanics, and systems we're building
- Art previews — character designs, CGs, and visual updates
- Behind the scenes — the decisions and challenges that go into making a visual novel
- Release notes — detailed changelogs when new versions drop
Why a Blog?
Our Discord community is amazing, but not everyone is on Discord. Having devlogs on the site means:
- New visitors can see that the project is alive and actively developed
- Search engines can index our updates (so people can find us more easily)
- You'll have a permanent archive of our development journey

The blog doesn't replace Discord — it complements it. Discord will always be the place for real-time discussion, community interaction, and early teasers. The blog is for polished, detailed write-ups that deserve a permanent home.
